All frames are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. Please understand that I will have a limited amount of each piece, sometimes only one, and each photo and frame are matched and sold together. Heidi Photography (Heidi Dougherty) is not responsible for covering shipping costs. For in person pick up, this must be scheduled and within the Grove City or surrounding areas. Heidi Dougherty is not responsible for any damage to prints/frames during the pickup process, shipping process, or after delivery. The frames are all secondhand, so do understand that some may have imperfections. There will be no refunds or hold on pieces. Let's continue to keep the memories alive.
